Two things...having trouble after downloading them...maybe because I am not that "techie", but, could not locate them. and she went through some hoops and fut them in a file, so I can at least utilize them, however, she said there should be an App somewhere that I could just click on?? Next, I wish then were 6-8 hours, would like to listen to them at night when I sleep. Thanks for asking!

Wow, this 396 frequency is amazing! I laid down on the couch and really took the time to feel the vibrations and let the sound in. My whole body started to tingle and I visualized my fears dissolve. It has been months since I felt this relaxed, grounded and moments of purity and happiness occuring!

Of course you could find mp3s on solfeggio frequencies many places online. However, they tend to have ads, be quite short, or just not that good. I'm really impressed with these and how long they are. Clearly made with lots of care and attention, as the sounds are amazing - great for yoga and meditation inparticular!

I gave this gratitude workbook a go and found it really useful - it helped me get started on a journey, especially with breaking habits that I didn't know were so ingrained in me. I definately feel more mindful, thank you ❤️
